Daniel-Paul Alva, Esq.
Daniel-Paul Alva began his law career in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 1974 in the newly-formed Narcotics Unit. He went on to criminal defense, and began his own firm, which became Alva & Moscow, LLC, in 1987. Mr. Alva has been involved in criminal defense and trial advocacy education, as the creator of several continuing legal educaiton courses and as a professor of trial advocacy.

Jeremy-Evan Alva, Esq.
Jeremy-Evan Alva earned his Juris Doctor at the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University, and won multiple awards for trial advocacy. He then worked as a criminal defense attorney at the Defender Association of Philadelphia before joining Alva & Moscow, LLC.

David A. Moscow, Esq.
David A. Moscow earned a Juris Doctor from James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, though he first entered the legal field while still a PSU undergraduate, clerking at the Beasley Law Firm. He served as a volunteer attorney at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and serves Of Counsel at Alva & Moscow, LLC. He is an active member of the Chester County Bar Association Criminal Defense Section.
